Absinthe: The Green Fairy in The Big Apple

Ah, the wholesome goodness of absinthe. The Green Fairy. The standard order at many a Belle Epoque café.
Wormwood.

Do you know that absinthe is back, after its near century-long ban in the United States? Did you know that there is actually an absinthe event at LeNell's in Red Hook in Brooklyn on Thursday, August 23 from 7-9 p.m. ? I won't be there as I'll be out of town, but of course you can go if you are old enough.

Viridian Spirits has introduced Lucid, and they'll be showing it off at LeNell's.

Walking Off the Big Apple
sees fairies anyway and so isn't scared to drink it.
