
Early in this process I wrote down a list of everything I typically ate in the last decade or so. It wasn't pretty. The list included a lot of beef and bread, pastries, and mostly brown foods. As a child, I would enjoy vegetables and fruit, but somehow those fell by the wayside after college.
I'm back to rediscovering my childhood favorites, and my choices have become more colorful again.
